Q: What Anti-Virus software do you suggest for my PC?

A: We suggest Microsoft Security Essentials, which is available from Microsoft for FREE! Google "Microsoft Security Essentials" or go to: http://windows.microsoft.com/mse

Q: Internet Explorer is running slow and I keep getting pop-ups ads. How do I fix this?

A: Internet Explorer is one of the most popular Internet browser on the web, and because of this it is the common target for adware, spyware and every other sort of nasty on the web. First, we suggest switching to Google Chrome as it is quite resistant to the wide array of malicious software on the net. Alternatively, in Internet Explorer click the "Tools" menu, followed by the "Manage Add-ons" option. Now within the "Manage Add-ons" dialog box that has appeared remove or disable the offending Add-on. You may also have to remove software with the Add/Remove Software panel in the Control Panel.

Did we loose you or you don't feel confident enough to try this yourself? Schedule an on-site or remote appointment to clean-up your computer with one of our techs.

A: Unfortunately the answer is that all computers systems are susceptible to viruses/malicious software, and Mac's are no exception.
